Dream Journal

I've been working on this fabric journal for the past few days and only have the paper "book" part of it to be finished and inserted into the interior pockets. It measures about 6x6 , is padded and handsewn into a little pillow shape... meant to be used as a decorative piece on a bed, handy for writing down those 2 A.M. inspirations! I fell in love with the interior fabrics, one a script print, the other a street map of Paris. Hoping to finish it by the weekend!

This is very nice. The colors are so gentle. I often have the most incredible dreams but fail to write them down.

This dream journal is sooo beautiful! I especially like the fact that you used a street map of Paris fabric - I am an avid lover of France too (I looked at your profile - thumbs up to the Phantom and Wuthering Heights, they are two of my favorites also =). I'll definitely be back for more visits...you do beautiful work!

I love the soft colors you've chosen, Deb. And the flash of red in the heart really makes that key element pop. I want to know what dreams you'll record... Hugs, Shari
